General Information Eagle Villa is open from the first of May until the end of October. In-Season rates apply from June 19 to August 20, 2010. Off-Season rates apply at other times. Daily rentals are generally not available from mid-June through Labor Day but, when obtainable, require three-night minimum stays. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed to. Rates do not include state and county taxes and are subject to change without notice. Children, regardless of age, are considered regular occupants. Reservations and Deposits A deposit of $375.00, per week, is required to reserve Eagle Villa. A deposit equal to one nights lodging is required for stays of less than one week. Deposits can be made using personal checks or money orders. Credit cards are not accepted. Reservations commitments made by telephone or e-mail will be held for seven calendar days. If a deposit is not received within that time the reservation is void and Eagle Villa will be made available to the next interested party. Checks or money orders must be made payable to “Landwehr's Otter Cove Resort”. Reservation deposits are non-refundable. They can, however, be applied to a future reservation. A $125.00 security deposit is required of first time guests only and is payable upon check-in. This deposit is refundable if Eagle Villa is left clean and no damage occurs.
There can be no refunds for early departures no matter however caused.
